A re-roof off Granada Road that started with a free inspection
This summer a homeowner off Granada Road asked us to look at a roof that was showing its age. On the free inspection we found rusted-through vents, lifted shingles and hail hits across the back slope, so we chalked it, photographed it and walked the homeowner through it before anybody talked about price. In August the crew took it down to the deck, replaced the bad sheets, laid synthetic underlayment and put on a new GAF shingle roof. Start to finish, the homeowner dealt with the same two people.
